What to Expect of the Appeals Process

Did you know that when you file an Initial claim for Disability Benefits that it may be denied?

Did you know that you will then need to file a Request for Reconsideration to have social security re-examine your file?

Did you know, the Social Security Administration could deny your case, and thus you would be forced to file a Request for Hearing to bring your case before a judge?

Did you know that if you do not file documents within a timely manner, Social Security may deny your claim based solely on the fact that you did not provide them documents when they wanted them?

There are a lot of questions out there that require a lot of explanations.  Let the Berkley Law firm, a trusted organization help you in your time of need.
